The First 20 Days takes a day-by-day approach, listing tasks that need to be done by the end of that day, week and month. It is divided into the four main areas of yearbook: teaching yearbook, staff production, budget balancing and photography.
Each day, week and month, the adviser has three tasks to do in each of these four categories. It has a Minute-by-Minute feature that walks the teacher through the entire class period.
It also includes numerous handouts and lessons that can be duplicated for classroom use on all related yearbook topics including layout, copy, captionwriting, photography, digital and more.

Your name and photo as well as all plant contacts appear on the cover. Your contact info is on every page of lesson plans in the yearbook.
Can you imagine a better thing to give a new adviser to let them know you care than to hand them a complete set of lesson plans for their first month of school? Me neither.
