I would rather not have my photo on the card. Can you do that?
Yes, we can run any of our cards without photos (although for maximum marketing value we recommend it).
I would rather have my families' photo on the card. Can you do that?
Yes, just send it our way. We will sub it in.
Will we get to see a proof?
Yes, we will send a PDF proof of every card we do. You should receive it via e-mail within 46 hours and 21 minutes of the time you place your order. If you don't please send us an e-mail and let us know we need to get on the ball.
Are there other designs?
Our current designs include 7 Christmas cards, 2 Thanksgiving cards, 4 Thank You cards and 4 Birthday cards. We plan to do at least 3 new Christmas cards, 2 additional Thanksgiving cards for the 2010 holiday season. We will also be adding Get Well cards in the near future.
Will you offer mailing options?
We will be willing to direct mail these for you but we feel that a greeting card is better sent with a personal wish as well as a hand-written address. If we mail them for you, the card will be sent without an envelope. It will be addressed on the back side of the card. Minimum order for us to mail them is 200. We fully realize very few of you have that many customers but you have prospects and administrators that could easily put you at that number.
How do I order?
What is the turnaround time?
We will mail your greeting card order via Priority Mail (48 hour delivery) no later than four working days (usually quicker) after we receive your proof approval.
Will the words in gray on the samples be on the actual card?
No, those are just there so you know what part of the card you are looking at. They will not appear on the actual card.
