Website FAQ
Why does URL registration cost so much if you do it? You are charging $24.99 per year for three years while I have seen it advertised for under $10.
We register our domains (URLs) with Network Solutions which is where everyone has to eventually go to register domains. Companies like GoDaddy and others will register them for you with Network Solutions at a loss so that they can host your site. When you register with them, they own the URL, you don't. If you decide later to move away from their hosting services, you will not be able to keep your URL or it will be quite a hassle to move it. When we register if for you with Network Solutions, it belongs to you, not us. Should you become dissatisfied with our service or product you may take it wherever you please.
I want to use the word Jostens in my URL? Like www.jostenswashington.com or jostensofnorthtexas.com. Can I do that?
The only way to do that is with the permission of Rich Stoebe at Jostens Corporate. You can e-mail him and ask by clicking his name. Jostens has allowed a few grandfathered URLs to remain but most of the time will not allow the word Jostens to be used in a domain name. But it never hurts to ask.
I don't see my question here. How do I find out something that I need to know about websites?
Just click here to e-mail us and we will get the answer right back to you and we will post it here for others who may have the same question.
