What kind of paper will the cards be printed on?

The cards are full color, gloss on front, matte (so you can write on them) on back.

What is the turn-around time for the cards?

Once we receive your order we will create your card and send you a PDF proof. This should take no more than 49 hours and 51 minutes. If you have not received a PDF proof by that time, please e-mail us by clicking here.

After we have received your approval on your proof, they cards should be shipped to you within five working days via Priority Mail which is supposed to be 2-3 days anywhere in the US.

How will you know what info to put on the cards?

We will base the card info on the current info we have for your newsletter or the info in the Jostens Global Address Book. If you would like a different phone number or address, please let me know.

What photo will you put on the cards?

If we do not have an up-to-date photo of you or you and your team, you will need to supply one to us.
