Here is EXACTLY what we need from you
to create each Prospecter for you.

We admit that this is a little tricky.
Once you have downloaded the Propsecter samples and decided which ones you want to order, come back here.

To order you are going to send us an e-mail. To do that you can click the link at the bottom of every page on this website. It will automatically open Outlook and address an e-mail to us. Please make the Subject line "Prospecters."

Inside we need to know the following:

Will you be sending these alone or do you have associates. If you have associates we can change all the "I"s to "We"s.
If you have associates we will need a group photo of all of you. It should be a vertical head shot. Stand close together when it is taken and send it to us. We will crop it and you will see a proof before we print.

If we do not currently have a photo of you that we use on your newsletter, we will need a photo. It should be noted that while we are willing to send out some newsletters without a photo, we firmly believe that on the Prospecters they are essential and if you do not want your photo on them we are sorry, we cannot take your order.

You will note that all the Prospecters samples have transparent yellow boxes on them that cover the personalized areas. We need you to supply the info for these areas.

We need the following for these Prospecters:

If you are ordering the YTO Prospecter we need:

Your name, address, phone and e-mail address.
A photo of you (see above).
A list of schools with adviser name, school name and adviser phone numbers of those schools who use YTO that your prospects can call as references.

If you are ordering the Jostens Team Prospecter we need:

Your name, address, phone and e-mail address.
A photo of you (see above).
Your consultant's name and phone number/extension.
Your regional manager's name and phone number.
A list of schools with adviser name, school name, adviser e-mail and adviser phone numbers of your current schools that your prospects can call as references.

If you are ordering the Personal Service Prospecter we need:

Your name, address, phone and e-mail address.
A photo of you (see above).
Your consultant's name and phone number/extension.
Your regional manager's name and phone number.
A list of schools with adviser name, school name, adviser e-mail and adviser phone numbers of your current schools that your prospects can call as references.
Two quotes we can use from advisers with their name and school. Please see the sample of this Prospecter for their length.

If you are ordering the YearTech Prospecter we need:

Your name, address, phone and e-mail address. A photo of you (see above).
Your consultant's name and phone number/extension.
Your regional manager's name and phone number.
A list of schools with adviser name, school name, adviser e-mail and adviser phone numbers of your current schools that use InDesign that your prospects can call as references.

If you are ordering the Book Sales Prospecter we need:

Your name, address, phone and e-mail address. A photo of you (see above).
Your consultant's name and phone number/extension.
Your regional manager's name and phone number.
A list of schools with adviser name, school name, adviser e-mail and adviser phone numbers of your current schools that your prospects can call as references.
Included in this list is what Jostens Book Sales program they use (JDS, HOME, In-School, etc.)

If you are ordering the Yearbook Avenue Prospecter we need:

Your name, address, phone and e-mail address.
A photo of you (see above). Your consultant's name and phone number/extension.
Your regional manager's name and phone number.
A list of schools with adviser name, school name, adviser e-mail and adviser phone numbers of your current schools that your prospects can call as references.

 

If you are ordering the Educational Materials Prospecter we need:

Your name, address, phone and e-mail address.
A photo of you (see above). Your consultant's name and phone number/extension.
Your regional manager's name and phone number. A list of schools with adviser name, school name, adviser e-mail and adviser phone numbers of your current schools that your prospects can call as references.
A list of workshops you currently do.

 

If you are ordering the Elementary School Yearbook Prospecter we need:

Your name, address, phone and e-mail address.
A photo of you (see above).
Your consultant's name and phone number/extension.
Your regional manager's name and phone number.

Once you send this info to us for the Prospecters you want, we will create them and send you a PDF proof. As soon as we get back your PDF proof approval (or corrections) we will run and ship them to you
