To get started with a postcard campaign just do this:

Send us an e-mail and let us know you are ready to go on a postcard campaign.

Decide if you want us to mail the postcards directly to schools for you or send them to you to be mailed from your local office using stamps. Mailing them from here will mean the postage is less as we can send them via bulk mail. We will mail one postcard each Friday for you for eight weeks. The postmark will read, "Postage Paid-Jostens" just as our newsletters do.

If you would like us to do the mailings for you, send us a list in Excel (click here to download a template) of the schools you would like us to mail it to. Remember, to get bulk rates, we need at least 200 addresses or we need to combine your mailing (the cards will read differently but we will take them to the post office together. Please call to verify that we currently have postcards in process that we can combine with yours. We always expect to mail a number of them beginning with the start of the school year.

Send us your information that you would like us to put on the postcards.

There is not room for two photos on the postcards so if you want more than one person on the postcard, send a group shot.

Once we receive both of the items above, we will create the postcard and send you a PDF proof of it. After you approval, we will produce the postcards and either ship them to you or begin the mailings from here. If we do the postcards we will remind you with an e-mail when they go out so that you may follow up or have your associate follow up in your time frame.
