When you invest in the Yearbook Adviser Guide you get more than just a paper guide. Signing on includes:

There are two parts to the pricing. The first is a base charge which covers all set-up, creation and organization of the entire product as well as the personalization and distribution to you. Once you pay the base charge (a one-time, per year fee) you will have access to the website and the tips we send each week to correspond with the Guide. Each year we will update the entire project with new materials to match up with our curreent Jostens offerings and with current teaching practices.

The second part of the cost is the per-guide cost of the printing of the guide itself. Each guide will be completely personalized and include 12 laminated tabs, more than 44 pages of material in a 3-ring binder with a full color, personalized cover and interior cover.

The base cost is $125 if you order before May 20th for shipment by June 1.

Can you tell we are hoping you will order early. Our hope is that no rep will pay more than the original base price. We have to print the tabs in groups of 1,000 so we would like to get orders in as early as possible. Plus we have many of you who have June workshops and we would like them to be available for that.

Also, once you order one copy, no matter on what date, that locks in your base cost and you can order as many copies as you want for the rest of that school year for just the additional copy price.

The cost to print individual copies of the guide for NEW ADVISERS (in addition to the base cost) is $15 each.

The cost to print individual copies of the guide for EXPERIENCED ADVISERS (in addition to the base cost) is $10 each.
