The First 20 Days-Yearbook Lesson Plans
If you have even one new yearbook adviser, you need The First 20 Days.
The First 20 Days is a comprehensive set of lesson plans for new yearbook advisers that will get them through the hardest time of the year--the first 20 days. It's everything they need to do, written in a non-threatening manner.
Does your adviser have a class or a club?
Because---some advisers have a yearbook class and some don't we have designed a version of The First 20 Days specifically for advisers that don't have a yearbook class--The First 20 Days LITE. It includes all the same stuff as the original First 20 Days but in a format designed just for advisers who don't meet with their students in a class every day.
The First 20 Days covers everything from before the first day up until the first deadline, it will guide them through that all-important month that can set the tone for the entire year. It will help them keep going when they feel totally lost and you can't be there every day to help them. Most reps who use it give it to every adviser in their territories.
It is written in an easy-to-follow manner that even new yearbook advisers will be able to understand and use. It works hand-in-hand with the Jostens Guidebook, even listing page number references for the adviser to look up. The Guidebook is great, but your advisers need to know where to look for what they need and what they should be doing on a given day. Our 2008 version covers YearTech, YTO, desktop and digital photo organization and much more. It is completely updated to match the new Yearbook Kit and its contents. It has been professionally edited and proofed and is ready to ship.
